Helping our Neighbors.

Everyone could use a Fresh Start.

Our Initiative

Pay it forward.

The Fresh Start Initiative began when a group of high school students decided to help their community and make a difference. After partnering with Interfaith Neighbors for a successful soap drive for the S.A.C.K. organization they were inspired by generosity of those around them. They realized
that they could expand the initiative to incorporate additional goods and items. The Fresh Start Initiative has evolved to help with essentials needed by the homeless getting into their new homes and now with Covid 19 expanded to include deliveries to older homebound citizens in need of basic household items. Brendan, Jake, Cate & Grace are all high achieving students with a collective desire to give back and help their community.
Fresh Start was born from that desire.

COVID-19

Important: Amid the Covid 19 Pandemic we are unable to distribute our bags and supplies through Interfaith Neighbors. Our commitment to helping our community has never been stronger. Please reach out to us and will deliver goods directly to you. For request of supplies please contact Brendan Dwyer at 732.535.3910. To donate please contact Jacob Capone at 732.674.1961. We are all in this together. You are not alone.

Stay safe. Stay well.
The Fresh Start Team, Brendan Dwyer, Jacob Capone,
Cate Comer and Grace Larned.

In partnership with Interfaith Neighbors our initiative helps families with a fresh start in their new home.

Thank you to our community.

Starting anew could be challenging. It helps to have a helping hand. Having partnered with Interfaith Neighbors we collect and provide welcome bags filled with cleaning products and home supplies to new home owners. Everything in the bags are from local donations. Thank you to all of our partner donations for making this happen. Find out how you can help.

Thank you SRHS!

The Saint Rose High School Senior Class donated products to make over 30 bags for Fresh Start. Thank you to our classmates for the support and encouragement.
